Your business enquiry

The Contact form is for employers, licensed recruitment agencies and portal users seeking support. It asks for your organisation, name, work email, optional phone, enquiry type and short message. JES Research Limited uses these details to respond to your enquiry.

Submitting the form sends these details through our Name.com-hosted website’s outgoing mail service to hello@hiringavenue.com, our Titan email mailbox provided through Name.com. A submission confirmation means the outgoing server accepted the message; it does not confirm inbox arrival or that anyone has read it.

Please do not send candidate details, CVs, licence files or passwords. There are no attachments, individual applications or marketing opt-in on this form.

Your browser-tab draft

Opening Privacy from Contact with JavaScript enabled saves your entries in this browser tab for your return. This Privacy page does not read or display those entries. Use Return to enquiry in the same tab to restore an available draft.

Clear draft and a successful submission clear that saved draft. Closing the tab ends the tab’s draft session, subject to your browser’s tab restoration behaviour. If a draft cannot be saved, Contact explains this and keeps your entries on screen. If the saved draft cannot be cleared, Contact warns you; after submission, the confirmation remains visible so you do not need to send the enquiry again.

Website services

Name.com hosts this website. Hosting and email services may process technical logs needed to operate their services. The form uses temporary request counts linked to a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions; it does not save your message or email address in those counts.

We have not added analytics or advertising trackers to this website. The enquiry details are sent by email; this form does not create a website account.

The separate portal

Access follows onboarding and authorisation. Contact us to request access or get help signing in. The portal is English-only.

Candidate information requires separate handling arrangements and a privacy notice. Do not submit candidate information through this public enquiry form.
